Hey Oppo, I need your help! Found this stunning Porsche in a parking lot today, but I have no clue what model it is. It was incredibly clean other than having duct tape over the head lights. Wish I could have found the owner to ask him more about it!

If I'm not mistaken, that's a 904.

That...
That's a Porsche 904. Unless it's one of the actual race cars, my best guess is that it's a replica.

1964 904 Carrera GTS one of 164
But that might be a replica

judging off the tyre width alone it's a replica, I doubt anyone with a legit one would be seen with duct tape on their car too.
I bet the replica is a nicer car to drive than the real thing too.

The duct tape inference would make total sense. I had never known about that car until now. Great classic look to it.

I would say 9014 kit. Given the duct tape and missing fuel filler car.

yeah they look great, the 904 had 198hp from a 2.0L NA flat 4 in 1965. Crazy talk.
I guess it's the racing grandpa of the modern Cayman.

904, but I think for sure is a replica. The rear proportions look off.

Woah. Got more pics of this amazing car? (I know it's a replica but its a beautiful one at that.)

I doubt it's a 9014 (based on the 914) as this 9014 has normal 914 doors. Given the front fenders it's a Beck 904 ( http://www.beck904.com/ ). Great looking replica with a 3.2 Carrera engine.

Duct tape. Do not understand the duct tape. Why do people use duct tape on painted and/or plexiglass surfaces?
Duct tape is nasty, sticky shit.
Why?
WHY?
